Netox IT Customer Support
Netox IT Customer Support provides assistance with questions about IT services and IT procurement, as well as instructs end users in using the services. Customer support handles the customer interface on a one-stop-shop basis and all service requests are recorded in the case management system. The Customer who has made a service request will be informed of the progress of the case by e-mail.
In the event of a problem, we ask users to contact the Netox service point directly so that the problem can be resolved immediately. We primarily serve within the response time through remote management. The situations in which local support is needed will be defined in the request for support.
